Manual
Logging your time
There are three ways to record hours, all leading to the same place:
Timer — on the Time tracker page, pick a project and task, optionally add a description, toggle $ if the work is billable, and press Start. Press Stop when you're done and the entry is saved automatically.
Manual — switch the Time tracker to Manual mode to enter a date with a start and end time, then press Add.
Quick add — the fastest way (see below).
Quick add — type one line
Click the dark bar at the bottom of the screen, or press Ctrl/⌘ + K, then type your hours in plain language. A live preview shows what was recognised; press Enter to save.
It understands Dutch and English. You can mention a time range or a duration, a project (by its code), a task, a date, and whether it's billable. Typos in a project code are matched to the closest project, shown as “closest match?” so you can verify.
| You type | It understands |
|---|---|

Dates: today, tomorrow, yesterday (or vandaag / morgen / gisteren), or a date like 12/06. Give only a duration and it starts at 09:00.
Your calendar
Your calendar is a week view, like Outlook. Your logged hours appear as coloured blocks at their real time of day, and the hours planned for you (and any time off) show as small chips at the top of each day. Click an empty spot to add hours, or click a block to edit it. Use planned hours turns that week's planning into time entries. Admins can switch the person dropdown to view a colleague's calendar (read-only).
Planning
The Planning timeline shows assigned hours and time off across many weeks — drag the scrollbar to move. Use the two dropdowns to view a specific person and filter by project. Plan hours assigns hours to anyone, per project and task, on future dates (optionally repeated across weekdays). Show time off only lists just the days off, for the selected person.
Projects & Reports
Projects lists every project with its client, number of tasks and your logged time; use the search box to find one quickly. Reports summarises your total logged time and shows your top projects, with a CSV export for sharing.
Tips & good to know
Always book time at the task level where possible — it helps project managers plan and forecast. Time registration doesn't need to be minute-precise; divide your day pragmatically.
